Recipes - Cindy's Farm Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups cornflakes OR rice krispies (we like rice krispies)
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup or so of dried cranberries
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
The original recipe says to roll into balls and flatten but we just spoon it out on the cookie sheet.
