Recipes - Cindy's Farm Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups cornflakes OR rice krispies (we like rice krispies)
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup or so of dried cranberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda and baking powder.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

The original recipe says to roll into balls and flatten but we just spoon it out on the cookie sheet.
